Your Vulu username is your unique identity across the platform. We believe in reinventing yourself, but to keep our community safe and recognizable, there are a few rules you should know before making a change.

Important Note
You can only change your username once every 30 days. Once changed, your old username becomes available for others to claim immediately.
Steps to change your username

1Go to Settings Tap your profile picture in the bottom right corner of the app, then tap the gear icon settings in the top right.

2Select 'Edit Profile' Navigate to the 'Account' section and select 'Edit Profile'.

3Enter your new handle Tap on the Username field. Enter your desired name. If the name is available, you'll see a green checkmark.

4Confirm Changes Tap 'Save' in the top right corner. You may be asked to enter your password to confirm this action.
Troubleshooting
If you receive an error message saying "Username Unavailable," it means another user has already claimed that handle. Try adding underscores or numbers to make it unique.
